Shipping
Most orders ship in 2-4 weeks however if your order includes items that require custom printing or items that are temporarily out of stock, delivery may be delayed. If you do require your items urgently, please contact us at orders@styleguide.com.au and we can discuss express delivery options with you. We will notify you of a delivery schedule when we receive your order.
We are based in Australia however we do ship to every part of the world and welcome international enquiries so please feel free to contact us for more information} orders@styleguide.com.au or telephone 61 8 8232 4969.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include a 10% gst. For orders outside of Australia, please contact us directly for international delivery costs and additional time guidelines.
To ensure deliveries are received in good order we must be provided with a street address where a signature of receipt can be obtained. Post office box addresses are not acceptable.
Whilst we endeavour to maintain delivery prices, fluctuating costs may subject prices to change without notice.
Returns
If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from our online shop, please return it in its original packaging with a brief note describing your grievance.
Returns must be in new condition, unused and unopened, with all paperwork, parts etc for a full refund less the cost of the original postage and handling.
Any faulty items will be exchanged within 30 days from the date of shipment and are not subject to a refund.
We do not accept returns on any custom printed stationery so please be sure to check the details you submit to us and the proofs you approve very carefully.
